SITE ENGINEER

Job description Responsibilities 

• Supervision of construction work based on architectural and structural designs and specifications on site
• Create project work schedules, monitor project progress, and adjust them as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Quality control of construction work
• Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Manage and supervise in-house workers if required

Requirement: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in civil and structural engineering, construction, building, or equivalent.
• Very good understanding of Architectural, M&E, and C&S drawings.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English very well. Mandarin spoken can be an advantage.
• Able to coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors.
• At least 5 years of working experience in building construction.
• Previous experience in project management and structural designing will be an advantage.
• Good management and problem-solving skills on site.
