Job Scope :
- Project Life Cycle Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the entire Project Life Cycle (PLC), ensuring all phases are delivered according to technical standards, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Manpower Planning & Deployment
- Plan and oversee manpower mobilisation and demobilisation, ensuring the right resources are assigned at each stage of the project.
- Project Evaluation & Client Communication
- Assess mechanical and technical project requirements; liaise with clients regarding project budgets, timelines, scope, and technical specifications.
- Timeline & Budget Monitoring
- Track project milestones to ensure timely delivery and adherence to approved budgets.
- Technical Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and manage key project documents to be reviewed, signed, and stamped by clients, including:
- Work Order (WO) Laporan Kerja (LK)
- Work Completion Certificate (WCC) Manual Delivery Order (M/DO)
- Daily Reporting
- Submit daily work reports with accurate updates on progress, issues, and manpower utilization.
- On-Site Inventory Monitoring
- Oversee the movement and condition of mechanical tools, equipment, and materials at the site and workshop.
- Worksite Cleanliness & Safety
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are followed daily at the worksite to maintain safety and cleanliness.
- HR Coordination for New Staff
- Report new site workers to HR for proper onboarding and registration.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Solution Proposals
- Provide prompt and effective solutions for mechanical or operational issues faced during project execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, project coordinators, and relevant departments to ensure compliance with technical and company standards.
- Subcontractor Work Verification
- Review, verify, and validate progress and quality of subcontractors’ or site workers’ mechanical work.
Expected Competencies & Work Conduct
- Maintain a strong command of technical knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical systems relevant to the company’s projects.
- Expected to manage pressure and resolve on-site or project challenges effectively and independently.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and decision-making aligned with project goals.
- Work collaboratively with other departments such as PMO department and consistently contribute to team objectives.
- Ensure all communication—verbal or written—is clear, professional, and timely.
- Required to travel or be stationed at project sites as assigned by the company.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, punctuality, and accountability in daily operations.
- Uphold the company’s core values and policies in all work-related activities.
