Job Details
- Develop and execute overall sales & marketing strategy (positioning, pricing, target segments, go-to-market).
- Drive the sales pipeline end-to-end: lead → enquiry → viewing → booking → loan/SPA conversion tracking.
- Lead internal sales and/or agency channel: recruit, train, set targets, manage incentives and performance.
- Liaise closely with sales agents/agencies on stock availability, promotions, client follow-ups, issues resolution, and weekly updates.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns (digital, social, portals, agent marketing) and manage marketing budget/vendors.
- Manage sales gallery operations: customer journey, scripts, collateral, unit availability, booking documentation workflow.
- Provide market feedback to management on product/pricing/promo; propose adjustments to improve take-up.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (leads, viewings, conversion, take-up, forecasts) and coordinate launches/events.
- Experience : 3 Years and Above
