Job Details
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure works follow approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors’ workmanship, manpower, materials, and productivity.
- Plan daily/weekly work sequences with the Site Manager/Project Manager to meet project timeline.
- Conduct site inspections, identify issues early, and enforce rectification and quality control.
- Ensure proper setting-out checks (where applicable) and coordinate with surveyor/engineer for critical levels/alignments.
- Monitor material deliveries, storage, and usage; prevent wastage and manage site housekeeping.
- Prepare daily site reports (progress, manpower, weather, instructions, issues) and photo documentation.
- Coordinate site RFI/clarifications with consultants/QS/PM and follow up until closure.
- Attend site meetings, toolbox briefings, and coordinate with safety personnel on safe work practices.
- Liaise with external parties when needed (consultants, authorities, neighbours, suppliers).
- Assist in progress claim support by verifying completed works and tracking variations/instructions.
- Support testing & inspection activities (e.g., concrete pour checks, waterproofing tests, mock-ups, handover inspections).
- Experience : 3 Years and Above
