Job Details
Front-desk reception: greet walk-ins, manage visitor log, handle calls/WhatsApp/email enquiries, route to the right person.
Sales/admin support: prepare and issue booking forms, receipts, acknowledgements, document checklists, and follow up on missing documents.
CRM & tracking: maintain lead database, update enquiry status, schedule site/gallery visits, reminders, and follow-up tasks for the sales team.
Appointment coordination: arrange meetings for sales consultants/agents, confirm attendance, send location/pin, and prepare meeting materials.
Documentation control: file and scan sales documents, maintain physical & digital folders, ensure version control and proper naming.
Basic customer service: respond to common questions (pricing ranges, package info, viewing slots),escalate complex queries
Office admin: manage stationery/pantry supplies, courier bookings, incoming/outgoing mail, and simple vendor coordination.
Reporting: prepare weekly summaries (enquiries, viewings, bookings, conversion), and ad-hoc admin reports as required.
Basic design/marketing support skills (optional): able to use Canva for simple poster/material edits and assist with event admin
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written); able to converse and write in Mandarin to support customer/agent enquiries.
