Job Description:

  • Handle monthly payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and termination letters.
  • Advise management on HR policies and compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
  • Provide support on HR matters when required (remote-based, with occasional office visits if necessary).

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR working experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and statutory contributions.
  • Able to work independently and provide timely HR support.
  • This is a contract/part-time position; candidate is not required to stay full-time at the office.

ADVERTISER - 1. ADMIN & ACCOUNTS CLERK (Kuching, Sarawak), Edu: SPM/Diploma Accounting/Business; Exp: basic accounting; handle DO, invoices, cash/online reconciliation, filing & admin support, MS Office.
2. STOCK CONTROL ASSISTANT (Kuching, Sarawak), Edu: SPM/Diploma; Exp: stock/warehouse pref; assist stock take, verify with system, prepare reports; accurate, work independently & in team.
3. E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT (Kuching, Sarawak), Edu: SPM/Diploma; Exp: e-commerce/customer service pref; pack & ship orders, update listings/stock, reply chat/email, support online promos/campaigns.
4. INVENTORY & PURCHASING CLERK (Kuching, Sarawak), Edu: Diploma/Degree Business/Supply Chain; Exp: inventory/purchasing pref; manage purchase invoices, stock transfers, pricing, reports; liaise suppliers, monitor & replenish stock.
5. HR OUTSOURCE (PART-TIME / CONTRACT BASIS) (Kuching, Sarawak), Edu: Diploma/Degree HR; Exp: ≥2 yrs; handle payroll, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, HR letters; advise labour law; remote/part-time HR support.
