Job Description:

  • Key-in purchase invoices into system
  • Manage stock transfers, adjustments & purchase returns
  • Input new item codes and maintain accurate records
  • Set cost price & selling price in system
  • Prepare inventory reports for management
  • Liaise with suppliers, place purchase orders & follow up on deliveries
  • Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in inventory management or purchasing preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & inventory systems
  • Good communication skills for supplier coordination

ADVERTISER - 1. ADMIN & ACCOUNTS CLERK (Kuching, Sarawak), Edu: SPM/Diploma Accounting/Business; Exp: basic accounting; handle DO, invoices, cash/online reconciliation, filing & admin support, MS Office.
2. STOCK CONTROL ASSISTANT (Kuching, Sarawak), Edu: SPM/Diploma; Exp: stock/warehouse pref; assist stock take, verify with system, prepare reports; accurate, work independently & in team.
3. E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT (Kuching, Sarawak), Edu: SPM/Diploma; Exp: e-commerce/customer service pref; pack & ship orders, update listings/stock, reply chat/email, support online promos/campaigns.
4. INVENTORY & PURCHASING CLERK (Kuching, Sarawak), Edu: Diploma/Degree Business/Supply Chain; Exp: inventory/purchasing pref; manage purchase invoices, stock transfers, pricing, reports; liaise suppliers, monitor & replenish stock.
5. HR OUTSOURCE (PART-TIME / CONTRACT BASIS) (Kuching, Sarawak), Edu: Diploma/Degree HR; Exp: ≥2 yrs; handle payroll, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, HR letters; advise labour law; remote/part-time HR support.
