E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

Job Description:

• Pack and ship customer orders promptly
• Update product listings & prices on e-commerce platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat/email
• Update stock levels in system
• Assist with online promotions and campaigns

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) preferred
• Basic computer skills & customer service experience
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
