Location: Kuching - Unit AT10, Level 7, Tower A2, Block A, Icom Square, Seksyen 64, KTLD, Jalan Pending, 93450 Kuching, Sarawak.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, system administration, or network support.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems, especially Windows.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Provide daily IT technical support to employees.
