QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements

• Minimum level of education: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor
• 1 or 2 years of experience
• Good at English & Melayu
• Driving License and Own Transport

Job Description

• To initiate, prepare, coordinate, taking off quantities, price, compile, check and to complete Project Tender Document Submission.
• To coordinate, check, verify and evaluate all relevant document for the interim Progress Claims and Interim payment Certificates, inclusive of documents from Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
• To initiate and conduct the joint inspection for valuation of work done with external and internal stakeholders, as and when necessary.
• To initiate, check, verify and evaluate all Variation Orders (VO)
