SENIOR SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR (SSS)

Requirement:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or a related field.
• Possesses a valid Senior Safety Supervisor (SSS) qualifications recognized by DOSH/JKKP.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in construction or project sites.
• Good knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations and site safety procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Valid safety certifications are an advantage.
• Able to conduct site safety inspections, toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Responsible for monitoring worker’s compliance with safety requirements and PPE usage.
• Able to prepare safety reports, maintain documentation and investigate incidents.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions from management.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce site safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks and safety training.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare safety reports.
• Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPE).
• Promote a safe working environment for all employees.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents and accidents to managements

• Prepare and maintain safety records, reports and relevant documentation.
