KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and coordinate sale and purchase agreements (SPA) and other legal documents
  • Liaise with solicitors, purchasers and relevant authorities on legal matters
  • Monitor documentation, deadlines and compliance requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Law or a relevant legal qualification.
  • Experience in conveyancing or property-related legal matters is an advantage.
  • Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.

PROPERTY MANAGER / PROPERTY EXECUTIVE (Kuching), Diploma/Degree in Property Management/Real Estate/Building/Construction, site visits, progress reports, vacant possession, unit inspections, maintenance. 2. MARKETING GENIUS (Kuching), Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications, minimum 1 year experience, marketing campaigns, social media, website content, corporate branding. 3. SALES EXECUTIVE (Kuching), Minimum 2 years sales experience, property experience preferred, generate leads, property presentations, negotiate deals, achieve sales targets. 4. LEGAL EXECUTIVE (Kuching), Degree in Law/legal qualification, conveyancing experience advantage, review SPA, legal documents, liaise with solicitors, monitor compliance. Email Resume
