PROPERTY MANAGER / PROPERTY EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports with photos and videos
• Coordinate vacant possession (VP), unit inspections and handovers
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and defect management

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Building, Construction or related fields
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Knowledge of building finishes, property operations, maintenance or VP experience is an advantage
