PROJECT SALES AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent. A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, customer service, or client relationship management is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in project sales may also be considered.
• Experience in project sales, building materials, construction, architectural products, or interior products is an advantage.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, manage B2B accounts, and develop project sales opportunities.
• Able to understand product specifications and read basic architectural or construction drawings.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or other local languages are an advantage.
• Valid driving licence, own transport, and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales documentation, including quotations and presentations.
• Strong negotiation, organisational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
