PROJECT ADMIN CUM ESTIMATOR (SPECIFIER)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in project administration, estimation, quantity surveying, construction, or a related field.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure, work independently, and take initiative with minimal supervision.
