SENIOR VALUATION EXECUTIVE

• Conduct inspection and prepare valuation reports.
• Prepare valuation reports within specific time frame.
• Liase professionally with clients, banks, lawyers, auditors and government authorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in valuation.
• Diploma or Degree in Estate/Property Management/ Land Economy or other related fields.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication skills with positive attitude.
• Knowledge in Elasis and Copilot apps is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin. Fluent in local Mandarin dialects is highly advantageous.
• Posses own transport and willing to travel outstation.
