Job Details

Minimum 5 years of working experiences in valuation.
Diploma or Degree in Estate/Property Management/ Land Economy or other related fields.
Maintain good relationship with Bank Managers, Business Managers and Marketing Officers.
Work alongside with directors and expand business opportunity.
Possess strong leadership with good management skills.
Conduct inspection and prepare valuation reports assigned by the Directors.
Must be a team player and able to work independently.
Perform good marketing skills and interact with people at all levels.
Knowledge in Elasis and Copilot apps is an added advantage.
Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin. Fluent in local Mandarin dialects is highly advantageous.
Posses own transport and willing to travel outstation.
Working Location : Jalan Laksamana Cheng Ho, Kuching.
