SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate and oversee site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress and report site activities, issues, and project status to the Project Manager.
• Verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and usage.
• Assist in planning site activities, manpower allocation, and work sequencing.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance, and progress documentation.
• Ensure project completion within the specified timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignment assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 – 3 years of working experience in construction or property development. Experience in landed property projects is preferred.
• Possess a valid CIDB Green Card.
• Strong coordination and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Spoken in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Possess own transport.
