JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• Assist with taking off and measurement from construction drawings
• Support BQ preparation, quotation sourcing and price comparison
• Assist in preparing progress claims and site valuations
• Compile and maintain subcontractor and supplier pricing records
• Attend site to verify work done for claim purposes
• Maintain filing of contracts, drawings, site instructions and variation records
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior QS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering and other related field.
• Independent and team-oriented
• Proficient in Ms Office & AutoCAD
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple task simultaneously.
