SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor QSs, assistants and interns
• Prepare BQs, cost estimates and budget submissions
• Prepare interim valuations and progress claims for submission
• Value variations and prepare cost impact assessments
• Liase with consultants and subcontractors and Project team
• Maintain risk and opportunity registers and contingency drawdown
• Monitor material wastage, preliminaries consumption and site cost overruns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering and other related field.
• Willing to travel project site as required
• Independent and team-oriented
• Proficient in Ms Office & AutoCAD
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple task simultaneously.
