Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise daily site activities, including site progress, subcontractor performance and quality control.
- Inspect and monitor site works to ensure compliance with contract specifications, construction drawings and required standards.
- Prepare daily site reports and progress photographs, documenting work progress and any site issues for reporting to the Project Manager.
- Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondence and records relating to daily site activities.
- Attend site meetings and technical meetings as required.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and relevant parties to ensure smooth progress of works.
- Identify and resolve construction issues promptly to minimise delays.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising landed residential construction projects.
- Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant industry experience but without the required academic qualification may also be considered.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve site issues efficiently.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination and quality control.
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
- Willing to work at odd hours when required.
- Must possess own transport.
