SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and installation works
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, main contractors and consultants
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Monitor work progress and ensure the project schedule is followed
• Check materials, workmanship and installation quality
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning
• Prepare daily site reports and update work progress
• Coordinate site materials and manpower requirements
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with the project team
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with the main contractor and other trades
• Assist in preparing and updating drawings using AutoCAD
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:
 

• Chinese candidate
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a Site Supervisor
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Construction, Mechanical, Plumbing or related field
• Must be able to use AutoCAD
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• Experience in plumbing, fire fighting or mechanical services is an advantage
• Good knowledge of site installation and construction practices
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
• Willing to travel between project sites when required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage
• Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
