Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, tender documents, and bills of quantities.
- Monitor project costs and ensure expenses remain within the approved budget.
- Prepare and manage progress claims, subcontractor claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Evaluate quotations and assist in contract negotiations and administration.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and verify completed works.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Maintain proper project documentation and ensure compliance with contractual and company requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Glodon software.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
