COMPANY SECRETARIAL EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities: To support the Group’s company secretarial function and governance practices; to ensure timely and accurate preparation, execution, submission, and maintenance of all statutory documents in compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Main Market Listing Requirements, and other regulatory frameworks; to organise and attend Board and Shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. 

Requirements:
 

• CGI (ICSA) graduate/member, currently pursuing CGQP (ICSA), or Degree in Law/Business Administration/Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in company secretarial, legal, or corporate governance functions. Salary RM3K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
• Familiar with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Main Market Listing Requirements, and other applicable statutory regulations and guidelines.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Meticulous, proactive and accountable, with positive attitude, good communication, and time management skills.
