Job Details
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and civil works
- Familiar with preventive maintenance programs and safety standards
- Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance budgets
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of hotel safety regulations, fire safety, and local authority requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of health, safety, and emergency procedures is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
