QUANTITY SURVEYORS

QUANTITY SURVEYORS - Project based/HQ (Lawas)/ HQ (Kuching)
Responsibilities:
Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on tender drawings and specifications. 
Manage variation orders (VOs): prepare costings, compile supporting documents, and negotiate approvals with   clients and consultants. 
Track and manage project cash flow and payment schedules.
Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers on all   commercial matters. 
Attend site meetings and commercial meetings as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. 
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry. 
Registration with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) is an added advantage.
