ASSISTANT QS (KCH)
Prepare tender documents, tender reports and contract documents
Gather, organize, and maintain project cost data and material specifications
Assist in preparing subcontractor payment certificates and tracking project expenses
Assist with project cost monitoring and documentation
Collaborate with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
Any other duties assigned by management
Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
