QS (KUCHING)
Review tender documents, tender reports and contract documents
Prepare and analyse detailed cost estimates, budgets and valuations for construction projects
Evaluate subcontractor’s claims and certify progress payments
Monitor project costs and provide cost-related support throughout the project lifecycle
Any other duties assigned by management
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, valuation, and subcontractor claims
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
