SHOP ASSISTANT (1 Post, Full-time)

Job Requirements 职位要求

• Open to Chinese male/female candidates aged 18–35 with at least an SPM qualification or equivalent.
  仅限18至35岁的华裔，男女不拘，需具备至少SPM或同等学历
• Basic computer literacy.
  掌握基本电脑操作
• Good command of English & Mandarin, with good communication skills.
  具备良好的中英语沟通能力
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
  性格友善、待人亲切，并具备良好的客户服务意识

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

• Attend to walk-in customers, assist with product selection and respond to inquiries.
  接待顾客，协助客户挑选合适的产品并解答相关咨询
• Handle cash sales, cashier duties and counter transactions.
  负责现金销售、收银及柜台交易
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed.
  维护门店清洁，并确保产品摆放整齐及展示美观
• Restock shelves and monitor product availability.
  及时补充货品，并关注产品库存情况
• Assist with daily shop operations and other duties as assigned.
  协助门店日常运营及完成其他相关工作
