TECHNICIAN CUM GENERAL
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic maintenance and repair of hotel/homestay units
Attend to electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general maintenance issues
Furniture, fittings and minor renovation/repair works
C    heck and maintain rooms, facilities and equipment
Assist with housekeeping 
Support the team with general duties and errands
Ensure units are clean, safe and in good condition
        
REQUIREMENTS
Basic experience in maintenance/technician work preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general     repair
Able to do cleaning and housekeeping duties
Responsible, hardworking and reliable
Able to work independently and respond to urgent maintenance issues
Preferably have own transport
