LOAN OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote mortgage and property financing solutions
Source and develop new customers
Handle property loan enquiries and applications
Follow up with customers throughout the loan process
Build relationships with property agents, owners and potential borrowers
Achieve monthly sales targets

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in mortgage loan / property loan / banking / financial sales is an advantage
Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Able to work independently
Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia / English speaking is an advantage
