STATION SUPERVISOR

STATION SUPERVISOR - SAMARAHAN, KUCHING
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate station staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily   operations.
Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, performance, and adherence to company   procedures.
Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient, and professional service.
Monitor stock levels of fuel, merchandise, and station supplies and report replenishment   requirements.
Conduct regular checks of the station and report equipment, maintenance, safety, or operational   issues.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
2-3 years of relevant working experience is an advantage 
Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
Good communication and team coordination skills
