STATION MANAGER

STATION MANAGER - SAMARAHAN, KUCHING
Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall daily operations of the petrol station to ensure smooth,   efficient, and profitable business operations.
Manage and supervise station staff, including recruitment, training,   scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline.
Monitor fuel sales, shop sales, inventory, cash handling, and daily financial   transactions.
Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of cash, credit card,   e-wallet, and other payment transactions.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints   professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail   Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Relevant supervisory or managerial experience are preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal   supervision.
