SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate and oversee site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor work progress and report site activities, issues, and project status to the Project Manager.
Verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and usage.
Assist in planning site activities, manpower allocation, and work sequencing.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance, and progress documentation.
Ensure project completion within the specified timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
Perform any other ad-hoc assignment assigned.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
At least 1 – 3 years of working experience in construction or property development. Experience in landed property projects is preferred.
Possess a valid CIDB Green Card.
Strong coordination and problem solving skills. 
Knowledge in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Spoken in Mandarin is an advantage.
Possess own transport.
