CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Work Experience: 2 Years Experience
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with the JKR Standard Specifications Standards, design and codes of practice for Civil Engineering
Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Able to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
Problem-solving skills to address site issues effectively.
Willingness-to-learn attitude towards upskilling will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations according to project specifications.
Coordinate & oversee civil construction including the 3M’s (Manpower, Machinery & Materials).
Ensure that all materials and construction processes meet the required standard and specifications.
Regularly report on-site progress, challenges and safety issues to the Project/Construction Manager.
