QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
Work Experience: None (Preferably 2 years experience)
Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management and estimation techniques.
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Application Software and AutoCAD.
Membership with recognized professional body, Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Construct cost estimates for projects, including material, labor and equipments required.
Manage construction contracts, ensuring all parties comply with the contract terms and conditions.
Conduct valuations of completed work, prepare interim and final accounts and certifying payments for clients, consultants and contractors.
Monitor and control project costs by reviewing financial data to ensure projects remain on budget.
Assist in procurement by evaluating and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing the supply chain.
Assist in preparing tender documentation for submission.
