QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Job Description: 
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. 
Monitor project costs to ensure expenses remain within budget. 
Prepare and manage progress claims, subcontractor claims, variation orders, and final accounts. 
Evaluate quotations and negotiate contract terms. 
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and verify completed work. 
Assist in contract administration and documentation. 
Liaise with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients. 
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and relevant regulations. 
Qualification & requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying. 
Preferably 1–3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. 
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Glodon software. 
Good communication and teamwork skills. 
Able to work independently and meet deadlines. 
Proactive, willing to learn, and eager to take on new challenges. 
Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
Able to work independently as well as in a team. 
Possess own transport and be willing to travel for site assignments.
