Job description
Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, lighting, switches, sockets and other electrical systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment malfunctions.
Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical facilities.
Service, maintain and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs of air-conditioning systems.
Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and relevant regulations.
Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair works.
Assist with other general maintenance duties when required.

Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM with relevant vocational training in electrical installation.
Valid Wireman Certificate/competency certification.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in electrical and facilities maintenance.
Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and safety requirements.
Able to troubleshoot and carry out electrical repairs independently.
Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work with minimum supervision.
