OPERATION MANAGER

OPERATION MANAGER (1 position) - Brunei Darussalam.
Job Summary:
Oversee and coordinates all outlet day-to-day operation, going in and out of the outlet and maintain control of the 
outlet.
Scope:
Operation Manager plays a vital role in the outlet operation by managing day-to-day activities. Driving the division and 
generating new opportunities by overseeing the development of the market. That includes liaising with other team 
members, including interacting with all outlet staff, presenting findings to management as well as training and 
supervising employees.
Responsibilities
Leadership Duties
Maximize the productivity of the staff.
Supervise restaurant personnel and their performance.
Ensure efficiency of the restaurant, kitchen and staff.
Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.
Technical Responsibilities
Knowledgeable of all standard operating procedures in the outlet.
Capable of implementing consistently in his/her shift all the service standards established for the outlet.
To ensure the smooth preparation of the restaurant mise-en-place and table set-ups as per outlet.
Checks at the start of the shift that all supplies in the station are complete.
Checks from time to time the availability of seats, greets guests and seats guests.
Recognizes quality product and presentation, in food and drinks.
Knowledgeable of the outlet’s menu and drinks, its standard quantity, presentation and preparation.
Present menu, take order, offer suggestions and promotes the specialties.
Work in close cooperation with the Kitchen and Stewarding as well as Outlet Cashiers to ensure smooth running   operation.
Visits the guests at the tables occupied, to confirm guest satisfaction.
Handling guest complain professionally and satisfactorily.
Coordinates with the waiter/waitress and assigns tables for guests with table reservation.
Capable of operating all the equipment in the outlet.
Directs the activities of all the service staff assigned in his/her shift.
Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the outlet during the shift.
Responsible for the proper maintenance and good working order of all equipment, furniture and fixtures in the   outlet.
Comply with the health and safety policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
