ADMIN EXECUTIVE

ADMIN EXECUTIVE  -  Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Manage general administrative duties and office documentation.
Arrange and monitor PUSPAKOM inspections for company vehicles.
Handle insurance renewal for company trucks, machinery, and properties.
Liaise with government agencies for submissions, applications, and compliance matters (e.g. Land and Survey 
    Department, local authorities, and other relevant agencies).
Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents.
Maintain records of licenses, permits, insurance policies, and company assets.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in administration. Experience in the construction or earthworks industry is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel for government-related submissions when required
