OPERATION SUPERVISOR (PROPERTY MANAGEMENT) - Kuching

Able to communicate well and coordinate with different teams
Willing to be hands-on and take ownership of tasks
Has a valid Malaysian driving licence and is a confident driver
Job Scope:
Overseeing daily property operations to ensure units are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
Coordinating housekeeping activities, including transporting housekeeping staff to assigned properties using the     
    company vehicle.
Conducting post-check-out and pre-check-in inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Identifying and reporting damages, maintenance issues, missing items, and operational concerns.
Coordinating with maintenance personnel and assisting with repair and servicing works.
Monitoring cleaning quality and ensuring properties are prepared on schedule.
Maintaining daily operational reports and providing updates to management.
Assisting with inventory monitoring and general property upkeep.
