3D DESIGNER

3D DESIGNER - Jalan Pisang , Kuching 
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, Multimedia, Architecture, Interior Design, or   a related field.
Proven experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization.
Proficiency in 3D design software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar.
Knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Corona Renderer, or Twinmotion.
Strong understanding of design principles, mate
rials, lighting, textures, and spatial visualization.
Ability to interpret design briefs, technical drawings, and client requirements.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Portfolio demonstrating previous 3D design projects is required. 
Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations based on project requirements.
Develop creative design concepts and visual solutions for events, exhibitions, products, and promotional campaigns.
Produce realistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs when required.
Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and design specifications
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure design objectives are achieved.
Revise and improve designs based on feedback and project needs
Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, project specifications, and industry standards.
Manage and organize design files, assets, and project documentation.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
Support project presentations and client proposals with visual materials.
