MANAGER

MANAGER - Jalan Pisang , Kuching 
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve departmental and company goals.
Develop and implement operational strategies and business plans.
Monitor budgets, control expenses, and improve cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant Malaysian regulations.
Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to CEO.
Identify business opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Handle customer, client, and stakeholder relationships professionally.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
Resolve operational issues and make informed decisions to maintain productivity.
Ensure workplace health, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
Willing and able to travel frequently within Sarawak and other locations in Malaysia as required for business   operations, meetings, site visits, and project execution.
Must possess a valid driving licence and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays   when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of labour laws and business operations is an added advantage.
Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel when required.
