PROJECT MANAGER

PROJECT MANAGER - Sarawak 
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution,   monitoring and closeout;
Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure high performance and successful project delivery;
Track project progress against the master schedule, quality standards and technical specifications; implementing   corrective actions when necessary;
Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and authorities to ensure seamless project   execution;
Plan and allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, materials and machinery, to maximize productivity   and minimize waste;
Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control, while overseeing contractual obligations, variations and   claims;
Enforce strict Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) protocols to achieve zero-incident site operations;
Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates and any significant   developments or risks;
Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation in compliance with company standards and   legal requirements.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in site-based project management experiences;
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications;
Strong leadership, strategic planning, organizational and problem-solving skills;
Result-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel and work full time on site.
