REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma Management / Hospitality / Hotel Management or equivalent. Those without qualification   but with relevant working experience can be considered.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Possess working experience in chain store will be an added advantage.
Have good PR skills to ensure high quality services and guests’ feedback and satisfaction.
Willing to learn & accept feedback/criticisms.
Able to work in a team, and interact well with colleagues.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the operations & performance of the Outlet.
Assist in managing day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Handle issues/complaints and manage customer satisfaction promptly and appropriately.
Rectify and improve standard to manage and ensure customer satisfaction.
Report to management regarding sales results and productivity and month end stock closing.
Handle event if there is any.
Collect and bank in cash sales money.
Deal with tenants on any issues arises and handle all the process on new tenant recruitment.
Assist on ad-hoc jobs being assigned by superior.
