SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER  - Kuching
Job Responsibilities: 
Plan and manage all phases of construction projects.
Lead project teams and coordinate consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor schedules, budgets, costs and resources.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
Requirements: 
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction project management.
Strong understanding of construction methods and contract administration.
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
