PROJECT DIRECTOR - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership for project planning, execution and delivery.
Lead and mentor Project Managers and key project personnel.
Monitor project performance, financial results and resource utilization.
Manage project risks, contractual and commercial matters.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and authorities.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of relevant construction experience.
Proven leadership experience in large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of project management and contract administration.
Professional registration is an added advantage.
