ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - Pending, Kuching (HQ)
Job Responsibilities
Assist in handling daily accounting, including Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and receipts.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records in the accounting system.
Assist in bank reconciliation and monitor customer collections and supplier payments.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
Assist with stock reconciliation and inventory records when required.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, banks, and other external parties on payment-related matters.
Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, LCCI, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting System is an advantage.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
