ADMIN ASSISTANT - Pending, Kuching (HQ)
Job Responsibilities
Assist in daily administrative and office support tasks.
Assist in data entry, filing and documents management.
Assist in organize and maintain inventory records and storage areas.
Assist in coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
Assist in monitoring company's social media platforms.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers).
Skills (Optional)
Basic knowledge of social media management.
Familiar with Canva, CapCut or basic photo/video editing is an advantage.
