
ADMIN ASSISTANT / ADMIN CLERK - Bintulu
Job description:
Handle daily administrative duties and general office support.
Prepare, organize and maintain documents, records and filing.
Answer phone calls, emails and respond to enquiries.
Assist in data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with internal staff and external parties when required.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/STPM or above, Diploma holders preferred
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Basic admin/clerical experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication, meticulous, responsible, and able to multitask independently.
